The Department of Management Information Systems was established to meet the growing need for professionals who can integrate information technologies with business processes and drive digital transformation in organizations. The program focuses on providing students with the knowledge and skills necessary to design, develop, and manage information systems that support strategic decision-making and enhance organizational performance.
Currently, the department includes one Professor and one Research Assistant who are dedicated to developing the academic and administrative infrastructure of the program. Although the undergraduate program does not yet admit students, preparations are ongoing to commence educational activities in the upcoming academic terms.
Once the program begins, it aims to offer a curriculum that combines management, information technology, data analysis, and decision support systems. The goal is to train professionals who can analyze complex business problems, design innovative technological solutions, and contribute to organizations' digital transformation processes at both national and international levels.
