Program-Specific Learning Criteria
Program-Specific Learning Criteria have been determined through stakeholder participation in alignment with the educational objectives of the program and in a manner that complements the program learning outcomes. These criteria have been published for the information of all stakeholders under the "General Information" section of the department's official website and in the student ECTS information package.

PSC1: Understands the relationship between the disciplines of political science and public administration and other social sciences such as history, sociology, law, psychology, finance, business administration, and international relations.
PSC2: Follows national and international developments in political spheres and gains the ability to objectively evaluate current events.
PSC3: Acquires skills in bureaucratic correspondence methods and procedures through the professional formation required for being a public administrator.
PSC4: Recognizes the importance of fundamental components of the state such as organization, management, financial resources, human resources, public relations, civil service, and administrative law.
PSC5: Gains practical skills related to effective public administration methods through administrative techniques and organizational theories.
PSC6: Learns the Turkish administrative law legislation and understands the legal functioning of public organizations.
PSC7: Acquires managerial knowledge and skills.
PSC8: Understands the operational mechanisms of international organizations and world politics.
PSC9: Gains concrete knowledge and practical problem-solving skills regarding issues significant in urban life and environmental problems.
