The Programme of Economics is a four year academic programme following a year-long English preparatory class. The program is designed to prepare students to conduct theoretical and applied research inside or outside academia. The programme of Economics was founded in 2008 in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. It was during the 2011-2012 academic year that the programme first recieved students, and now it has around 850 students and 6 full-time academic teaching staff and 7 research assistants.
